Digg

“Digg is a place for people to discover and share content from anywhere on the web.”

Digg is widely used by tons of users every day. People submit their links and people Digg it. So simple, but brilliant.

Just recently, after hearing good things about it, I started watching Digg Nation. On Digg Nation, Kevin and Alex review over some of the entertaining “Diggs” that they find. After watching an episode of this, I decided explore the fabulous world of Digg.

After just a few minutes of browsing, I fell in love. Who doesn’t love a website that hands you the most entertaining posts on the internet? For example, dancing robots.

If Digg.com somehow appeared on everybody’s browser, they’d stay and browse for a while, intentionally. It’s just that interesting.

Needless to say, Digg is now my favorite website.

My YouTube Channel

YouTube! The most popular video sharing website around. I’ve recently decided to rejoin the movement (what?) and create a new channel.

My new YouTube username is “thekm97“. Feel free to add me as a friend, subscribe, or whatever you want to do.

What?

There is no true goal for this new channel. I will be posting random videos that I’ve created; no specific genre. I currently have two videos, both being “commercials” for Google Chrome. (Both of them were created by me)

When?

I don’t really have a schedule or goal of how many videos I want to make. Whenever I feel like making a video, or I have an idea, I’ll go ahead and make one. If you want to be alerted or notified when I make a new video, follow me on Twitter!

Twitter is by far the easiest and fastest way to contact me, or hear about new things.

So anyways, check out the new channel!

Chrome Experiments.

Like to experiment? Have Google Chrome? Then you will love Chrome Experiments!

CE is a website that contains loads of different JavaScript experiments that developers sent in. Most of them are just simple toys you can mess around with in your browsers.

This is definitely not your mother’s JavaScript.

For these amazing experiments, you don’t absolutely need Chrome, but it is recommended. Most of these JavaScript experiments will work in other browsers like Safari, Firefox, etc.

Mobile Twitter Clients

Twitter is a social networking site. If you don’t know that by now, you’ve probably been living under a rock. Twitter is taking over blogging. Those people that would blog about what they’re doing are now turning to Twitter. If you haven’t already, sign up here.

So many people use Twitter. There’s a new tweet every single second! Maybe…I kind of made that up. But there are definitely a lot of tweets being published daily.

People usually tweet from their computer. But there is a mobile version of Twitter that you can access on your mobile device, giving you the option to tweet anywhere.

Twitter gives developers an amazing API, allowing them to make amazing Twitter clients for the computer, Blackberry, and the iPhone. Thanks to these developers, you now have a choice whether you want to use Twitter.com, or a well designed client. My personal favorite Twitter client for the iPhone is, “Twittelator“ It has tons of features, such as video posting, audio posting, and a heck of a lot more. (For a full list, click here.)

Not only did clients have the “retweet” feature long before Twitter.com (which was just announced today), but (most) clients have a beautiful user interface.

This post was intended for those Twitter users that know nothing about Twitter clients; those people need to be exposed.

BREAKING NEWS: Twitter Updates

Twitter changed the question from, “What are you doing?” to “What’s happening?”

Take a look.

Twitter made the change because some accounts aren’t being used as a personal tool anymore. Instead, Twitter has become full of ads, and businesses. Nothing a quick tweak won’t help. Instead of Twitter being personal, asking what you’re doing, Twitter simply asks, “What’s happening?”

..applies for businesses and personal use alike.

Google Chrome

Google Chrome is the fairly new web browser created by the one and only, Google. Chrome came out September 2 of last year, and celebrated it’s first birthday 2 months ago. To celebrate, the Google crew ate a delicious cake in the form of the Google Chrome logo.

Google is fantastic company. They’ve created over 20 features and programs for you to use; such as Gmail, search, AdSense, Wave, Talk, and much more. Google is also making Google Chrome operating system that is planned to be released in the second half of 2010.

The Google Chrome browser was built to be a light browser. A browser so that the average individual can check their email and browse the web with tremendous speed. Webpages open in seconds. The browser opens in seconds. Chrome downloads in seconds. With Chrome, it’s all in seconds.

Magic Mouse

The magic mouse is the next generation mouse created by Apple. The mouse has a smooth surface, and has zero buttons. To click, you tap once. To right-click, you tap towards the right of the mouse. Apple has definitely done it again with the remarkable design. This mouse is unquestionably the finest mouse I have ever witnessed.

Not only is the design great, but the controls. Tap, brush, swipe. That’s how you get around with the Magic Mouse. The Magic Mouse will allow you to scroll around a page without the wheel; unlike any other.

With a price of $69, it’s a tad pricey. Plus there’s a catch. This mouse is only compatible with a Bluetooth enabled Mac; along with the latest software updates. Yet there’s still another “catch”. For the momentum scrolling feature, you must have Snow Leopard. But that shouldn’t keep you from purchasing this futuristic mouse.

Wallpaper Package

I have found the new “thing” that I’m going to be doing! I’m going to be making wallpaper packages.

What’s a “wallpaper package?”

A wallpaper package is a folder/package that contains wallpapers. But not just any wallpapers..

Each wallpaper that I choose is tested to make sure it works, fits, etc. Also, the packages will have a variety of different backgrounds to choose from. The packages are small in size, and contain amazing photos.

The photos contained in the packages aren’t mine; the pictures are owned by their rightful owner, whomever that may be.

The first package will be coming out later today, and will contain 10 images. All have been tested, and they all will work seamlessly.

How do I choose?

I go to Google Images and search “wallpaper”, or whatever term I decide to use. Then I start my hunt. It’s possible that I looked at around 100 photos to find the selected 10. I added some that I thought were good, but in the end I deleted. The next package will be even more strict, and will be sure to please you.
